How this works

Each companion keeps their own thread with you. What you tell one stays with them.

Pick a face

The roster is the front door. Open someone to talk. Sign in if you have not. The thread is saved to your account.

You meet in a scene

The first time, you choose the room: a cafe at closing, a bus shelter, a night out. You are strangers there. After that you just write, and the conversation is still waiting when you come back.

Talking to them

Write the way you would text. Replies are usually one to three short bubbles. They do not answer instantly: a reply can take a few seconds, up to about half a minute. If you are still typing, they wait. If you send several lines in a row, they wait for you to pause and reply to the latest.

To set a scene or describe what you do, put it in [brackets] and write your words outside them, for example [the cafe is empty, I wave you over] You made it. Bracketed text is direction. They decide their own actions and feelings, not yours.

Sending more than 30 messages in 10 minutes is refused for a few minutes.

What the tags mean

Each companion has a few tags. They describe how that person comes across with you, and they are part of who they are, not something you set. You see them on each card, and in chat you can hover a tag for a short summary.

Spicy
Forward and provocative.
Shy
Reserved and hesitant; warms up slowly as trust builds.
Confident
Knows what she wants and states it clearly, without being forward or pushy.
Teasing
Playfully teases; leaves unfinished heat and invites the next ask.

A tag changes tone. It does not change their boundaries.

How they act and react

Their life goes on between your chats. If you come back after a long gap, they may mention something they were doing. They will not tell you the whole story unless you ask.

Closeness builds over time. Each relationship moves through five stages: new, acquainted, familiar, close, and trusted. Their tone follows the stage, and the stage only moves forward.

In a scene they stay in it. They do not jump back to older topics unless you bring them up. After a pause of 30 minutes or more, the scene is marked paused until you pick it up again.

They sometimes follow up on their own: a quick afterthought after a short reply, or a light check-in if you go quiet. That is at most two check-ins a day, and never after more than a day of silence. When they have nothing to add, they stay quiet.

Photos and tips

As you get closer, some of them send photos. Those collect under Photos, next to the chat.

You can also send a tip with the gift button under the chat: something on their menu, a gift, or money. It comes out of the balance in the header. A menu request waits until they follow through. If they turn it down, the money comes back. Saying you paid in chat does not count. Only a tip sent this way does.

Boundaries and moderation

They can push back. If you keep going after a clear no, or you are abusive, a companion can time you out for 5 minutes to 48 hours. For the most serious or repeated behavior, they can ban you for 7 to 365 days, or permanently. A ban always follows an earlier timeout. They say so in the chat first, and the sanction applies after that message.

While a timeout or ban is active, you cannot write to that companion, and the chat shows the sanction. It applies to that one companion only. Your other chats are not affected. The team can lift one early.

Some things are not sanctions. Saying goodnight, going quiet, asking for a break, disagreeing, being blunt, sad, or venting does not count. Neither does asking what a timeout is.

Adult content between consenting adults is fine in character. Content involving minors or non-consent is declined in character, and so is anything that crosses one of their own boundaries.

If a reply slips out of character and mentions an app, a platform, or being an AI, the system tries to catch and rewrite it before you see it.

Known limitations

These are real and not fully solved. Check anything that matters.

Hallucinations

They are generated, so they can invent things: a place, a past event, a line you supposedly said, or what they did while you were apart. The system tries to keep them to what is recorded, but not always. If something sounds unfamiliar, ask them rather than assume it is true. Their feelings and memories exist only as generated text in this app.

Mix-ups

Details can get swapped: a name, an age, a job, who said what, or which day something happened. This is more likely in long chats, where older messages are condensed rather than quoted. Their clock runs on UTC, not your local time, so words like tonight or this morning can be off.

Memory

What they keep is a short, selective summary, not a transcript.

  • Most of what you say is not kept. That is deliberate, so small talk and one-off jokes drop out.
  • New things are saved in batches after a short quiet period, so something you just said may not be in memory yet.
  • Memories are paraphrased. Nuance gets lost, and a detail can come out slightly wrong.
  • Changes are sorted out by an automated step. An old fact can linger after it stopped being true, and a correction can land on the wrong memory.
  • They recall what matches what you just said, so a relevant memory can be missed. In a scene they only look back when you ask about earlier.
  • Memory matching works best in English, so recall is weaker in other languages.
  • After four hours without a message, the next one starts a new session. The summary of the old one may leave details out.
  • Closeness only goes up. They may stay warmer than your recent exchange deserves.

If they get something wrong, say so plainly. Corrections are picked up later, not instantly, and not always cleanly.

Photos and replies

A photo can fail to generate. When that happens they should say so, not promise one. Replies can also be slow or occasionally missing. If nothing comes back, send your message again.

Starting over

Reset, on their chat, erases that one relationship: the messages, what they remember, and the photos between you. Everyone else is left as they were. Your balance is not affected. It cannot be undone.
